I’m a Denver House-hacker
In 2018, I decided that I need to shift my energy towards financial independence. I learned about house hacking as a real estate investment strategy that sounded easy to do. So I set out to learn as much as I can about house hacking and I bought my first house in November 2018. Today, I own 3 houses, where I house hack one and two are converted to long term rentals. The process was not as easy as I thought it would be, so I’m sharing my experience here for other to learn from and get inspired!
