Hi there! My name is Rifaah, pronounced "reefa", and I live in beautiful Denver, CO. I moved from Qatif, Saudi Arabia in 2005 and I've been enjoying all that Colorado has to offer from spectacular nature, super nice people, exciting city-life and all in between.

In 2018 I started my journey to transition from a W-2 worker to a full-time real estate investor. The concept of financial independence drove me to find alternative sources of income (passive or active) and I decided that real estate investing is the way to go for me.

I also enjoy mountain biking on warm days or even city biking. I love plants and gardening, you'd find me either doing yard work or mountain biking on my warm free days.

I created this website to share my journey and to keep track of my own progress hoping to inspire others.
